OVERVIEW

Product Overview

The MDY-CA series indoor glass display cooking cart integrates a cooking station, transparent tempered glass showcase, multi-stage purification unit, permanent magnet variable-frequency fan, and braking casters into a single stainless steel cabinet. Customers at supermarket deli counters, mall atriums, or convenience store entrances can watch chefs skewer meats, press griddles, and fry items behind the glass. The glass simultaneously contains smoke within the negative-pressure extraction zone.

All-stainless steel unit with a front-facing visible control panel and four locking casters at the base. Simply push it to your location, plug in a standard 22V power cord, and you're ready to operate. Available in three lengths (1.3m / 1.6m / 2m) to fit various stall widths—from narrow counters in convenience stores to central islands and long food displays in shopping malls.

The purification sequence consists of: pre-filter → stainless steel electrostatic filter → G4 pre-filter cartridge → high-efficiency composite filter (removes particles larger than 3 microns) → end-of-line odor removal device and odor-absorbing charcoal cartridge. Clean air is discharged at low speed from the lower body, avoiding direct airflow toward passengers.

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

A transparent tempered glass enclosure surrounds the cooking zone, allowing customers to see skewers, teppanyaki, and frying in real time. Fumes are captured by a top intake hood, purified in a rear-mounted unit, and vented back into the room from the side—no external wall connections, no ceiling ducts, and no drilling required.

Recommended CA130: 1.3 m narrow slot for sausages, buns, oden, and hand-grilled pancakes.
Subway B1 Multi-Point Retail Locations
Recommended CA130 / CA160: Recirculates within the sealed corridor; prevents smoke from spreading into the passenger area.
Supermarket Deli / Fresh Food Section
Recommended CA160: Freshly grilled sausages, skewers, and teppanyaki. Family customers can see the cooking process.
Mall Island / Atrium
Recommended CA160 / CA200: The glass kitchen is a visual focal point and should not connect to the building's exhaust system.
Dashi Pai Chang Dang
Recommended CA200: 2 meter length. Oven, work table, and display unit all fit together.
Markets / Pop-ups / District Events
Available in three versions: Braking casters allow the entire unit to be moved away after the event ends, leaving no construction traces.

All three tiers feature brake-equipped casters and operate on standard 220V mains power. The panel socket is rated at 2000W, capable of powering appliances like electric grills and teppanyaki plates simultaneously. For high-steam items (e.g., large steamers, rice noodle rolls), we recommend the compressor condenser version. For charcoal skewer grilling with heavy smoke, we recommend the water spray odor removal version.

FAQ

12One question, explained clearly.

Yes. The fan, electrostatic filter, composite filter, and odor-removal carbon are all integrated inside the vehicle body. After oil fumes are purified within the unit, they are exhausted back into the room from the side of the body—no external wall connection, no ceiling ductwork, and no drilling required.

Unlike traditional grilling equipment, this unit requires no exhaust shafts, won't damage existing finishes, and emits no smoke into common areas. Most mall and supermarket locations can host it immediately. Final site approval depends on local property management and operators; we're happy to provide equipment specs and purification details upon request.

Total power: 0.7-0.9kW (by model). Connect to a standard 220V/50Hz outlet. The panel includes a built-in rated 2000W outlet to power cooking equipment like grills and flat-top grills simultaneously.

CA130 (1.3 m) fits convenience stores, subway narrow spaces, and small kiosks; CA160 (1.6 m) is the standard choice for mall center islands and supermarket deli counters; CA200 (2 m) suits large food stalls and main market booths.

Smoke purification efficiency: 99%; CA160 odor removal rate: ~92%, CA200: ~95% (rated conditions). Filtration path: Pre-filter → Stainless steel electrostatic → G4 → High-efficiency composite (removes particles > 3 μm) → Odor removal unit with carbon filter.

The electrostatic filter is washable and reusable. Replace the composite pre-filter/high-efficiency filter and odor carbon cartridge periodically based on usage intensity. All filters slide out from the front; leave 840mm of clearance at the front—placing the unit against a wall won't hinder filter replacement.

The upper tempered glass display hood is near the high-temperature grill area; it includes factory-applied heat warnings—please handle with care to avoid burns. The lower stainless steel work surface is equipped with locking casters; engage the brakes while in operation to secure the unit.

Bottom-mounted swivel casters with brakes—easy for two people to move. After markets or pop-up events, roll the entire unit away to the next location and resume operations instantly by plugging in power. No re-construction needed.

Compatible with grilling, frying, pan-frying, teppanyaki, and hot braising: skewers, grilled squid, fried chicken cutlets, hand-grab pancakes, teppanyaki fried rice, hot-braised skewers, oden, and more. One vehicle can switch categories based on foot traffic patterns throughout the day.

Traditional grilling carts require external large ducts and purification towers, limiting them to locations with chimneys. This unit integrates the entire purification system into its body and features a transparent glass display cabinet, making it ideal for high-traffic areas to prepare and sell on-site.

Clean air exits from the side of the unit (CA130 front-right, CA160 / CA200 right-side). The design prevents direct airflow toward customer queuing lanes. For optimal placement, ensure at least 30cm of clearance on the sides for heat dissipation.

Standard lengths are 1.3, 1.6, or 2 meters, with uniform dimensions of 845×1230mm. Customization options for special sizes, oven configurations, socket counts, colors, and branding can be confirmed during business discussions.
